Small Animal/Co-Clinical Trial Subprojects

Overview

Much work has been done in the clinical imaging space for DICOM standards, but very little has been done to support pre-clinical / small animal research and co-clinical trials. The goal is to facilitate the use of research in small animal models for clinical decision support.  This project will include the development of DICOM standards for small animal imaging, leveraging existing work in the veterinary field. Once these standards have been developed, co-clinical datasets will be identified to test the integration of TCIA and TCGA for this data.
