2009-5-12 Next Steps:
Ioana finished creating all of the accounts yesterday so I think the next steps now are as follows:
1) App Support to notify users of their login credentials and how to log in to NBIA
2) John/Justin to request specifics about who the submitting sites' POCs will be (i.e. who is going to install and use CTP)
3) Brian to configure CTP and NBIA collection security groups for each site, provide it to their POC and walk them through test submission to ensure they are up and running
4) Sites to accrue data and submit to NBIA
