Dear NBIA Users,
We are pleased to announce the release of version 4.4 of the National Biomedical Imaging Archive (NBIA), available at http://imaging.nci.nih.gov.
Some of the new features included in this release are:
- Capability to create a Shared List, which allows a logged-in user to create a saved list of images which can be easily shared with colleagues or published in journal articles where he/she wants to link to his/her data. It can be created based on cases in the data basket or by uploading a CSV list of the series UIDs for the images.
- Capability to search a Shared List, which allows any user (public or logged-in users) to search a shared list (exact name) and add the list content into the data basket for download.
- Redesign QC Tool to improve performance and usability.
- Redesign Remote/Federate search to discover the remote NBIA nodes automatically
- Administration capability to delete image series that includes the database entries, DICOM files, related thumbnails, annotation files, etc.
- Integration with collection description
