Old In vivo Screen

For approximately thirty years, the NCI used in vivo animal tumor models to screen compounds for potential antitumor activity. A detailed description of these models was published in Cancer Chemotherapy Reports Part 3, Vol. 3 No.2, September 1972. A brief description of each model is also available.
