This command allows the user to add a new bookmark. It also allows the system admin or group admin to add bookmarks for other users.
dm_add_bookmark <bookmark_name> <description.json> [REST-response]
The following table describes each parameter:

| <bookmark_name> | The name that will be displayed on the UI for the bookmark. |
| <description.json> | The name of the JSON file containing the data params for the command. For the contents of the <description.json> file, refer to the “Add Bookmark” in the HPCDME API specification. |
