| If we change the ticket description, it needs to be updated in the ticket - just using the comments isn't sufficient. | |
| Changes in scope need to go up the chain to ensure that the entire sprint is in scope - just because something can be done easily now, doesn't mean that it should be done ahead of something harder. |
