Inferencing for a TC1 Model - 2022-01-13

The Inferencing - 2021-10-27 page describes how to generate predictions from a model asset collection. When doing so for a TC1 model, you can select a GDC manifest file (such as TXT) or an FPKM-UQ file (TXT or CSV).

If you want to evaluate the model with an output file, MoDaC accepts CSV files for that purpose.
