The Inferencing - 2021-10-27 page describes how to generate predictions from a model asset collection.
- When doing so for a TC1 model, you can select a GDC manifest file (such as TXT) or an FPKM-UQ file (TXT or CSV).
- Optional: If you want to evaluate the model with an output file, MoDaC accepts CSV files for that purpose. Make sure the number of rows of data in the output matches the number of rows of data in the input.
