- Very important to get feedback from data submitters' confirmation during the data transfer phase. We got new data and found out that we missed a few data sets which we did a quick turnaround on and transferred.
- Every confirmation needs to be checked i.e. ref: UBC01 Data indexing when the Study Level files were missed.
- How to wrap tools in CWL in the CGC (Kuffel, Gina (NIH/NCI) [C] )
