Something I learned about during this sprint is...(lightbulb)

  • ...how to integrate Redis into a node.js app. I researched this a few months ago and it was a lot easier than I expected. (Miller, Eric (NIH/NCI) [C])
  • Attending sessions at AACR I learned about many new things including AACR Project GENIE (a cancer registry of real-world genomic data assembled through data sharing between 19 leading international cancer centers and OmicCircos (an R software package available on SBG-CGC for visualiziong genomic variations and expression patterns) (Kuffel, Gina (NIH/NCI) [C] )
  • Got to learn a little about how test automation is implemented for ICDC.(Udosen, Toyo (NIH/NCI) [C] ).
  • learning neo4j for ICDC automation
