When you create a page, it's best to find a page related to yours, and make yours a "child page." You'll want to start on a page that's more general than yours. For example, to create the "wiki home pages" for the caCORE products, we started on the caCORE product line's "wiki home page."
If you want to move your page later, so it has a different parent, that is easy to do. The instructions have been posted by Confluence. You can also change the title of your page.
