Retrospective
What did we do well?
- Pull request workflow - followed by the team.
- When problems encountered, the team helped each other.
- The team has maintained good humor even when things get stressful.
What should we have done better?
- Too much churn during pull request acceptance.
- Pull requests happening late the the sprint.
- Need to get better at gathering requirements from NCI. Alignment process of task priorities and short term goals to be improved.
