When the page "Edit Imaging Data Source" appears, fill in the "Data Source" form with the information indicated. Note that the "Collection Name" field is CASE SENSITIVE.

Enter the NBIA Server Grid URL: http://imaging.nci.nih.gov:80/wsrf/services/cagrid/NCIACoreService. Enter the NBIA Web URL: https://imaging.nci.nih.gov/ncia. Enter the Collection Name ("RIDER Lung CT" in the example). Leave the NBIA username and password and the Subject to Imaging Mapping file fields blank. Finally, click the "Save" button at the bottom.
