What did we do well?
- Considering the 6.3 related interruptions, the team was able to deliver on time.
- Team has done well updating their tasks on the Agile board.
- NCI has done a better job of creating JIRA items for us to prioritize.
What should we have done better?
- Should have planned for more support of the 6.3 tasks related to tier deployment.
- More testing of 6.3 on NCI dev should have been completed.
