Retrospective
What did we do well?
- All tasks completed during the sprint.
- Support was kept within bounds of what we agreed to at the beginning of the Sprint.
- Team managed tasks on the agile board in a timely manor.
- Completed MRMAP with less changes than first thought.
What should we have done better?
- Deployment tasks were a bit untracked. Not good feedback from NCI about where they are in the process.
- Need to better stay involved with the deployment - and then tag code accordingly (after QA).
