What did we do well?
- Team was able to manage support issues well by time boxing them to minimize impact.
- Success in understanding the code base - although complex.
- Resolved many implementation details carried over from last sprint.
What should we have done better?
- JIRA task are more like stories and need to be broken down into more feasible tasks.
- Tasks need to be broken down based on initial investigation.
- Be vigilant when working on tasks and recording that in JIRA subtasks.
