Retrospective
What did we do well?
- Planning of Sprint was good as it considered holidays/PTO very well.
- Hour tracking was complete by all team members.
- Accurate expectations were set for each task - exit criteria.
- Code review was done early enough in the sprint to allow updates/changes if necessary.
What should we have done better?
- Do NOT, EVER delete the development branch.
- Communicate requests to NCI prior to holidays. We will now need to discuss with them after the Sprint.
