Retrospective
What did we do well?
- Finished multiple stories on time despite numerous changes to sprint.
- Deepak did well learning the process and checking in code.
What should we have done better?
- We changed sprint scope many times.
- Team still needs to work on capturing time and following sprint process to add new tasks (when needed).
- Maintain discipline when completing the included sprint tasks first - before adding additional.
- Be vigilant of other team members tasks - and help when available.
