What did we do well?
- Shifting work to support NCI Value Set issue.
- Time boxing the performance issue.
- Logically resolved how to handle performance.
- Remote service user story identified 2 issues that will help us when we deploy to NCI.
- Documentation of lbGUI testcases was helpful in verifying functionality.
What should we have done better?
- Consider the ability to capture storyboarding or sequence diagrams to help understand and document complex issues.
- Ensure complete issue discussions are documented in JIRA issue.
- Determine way to logically review complex issues by engaging all stakeholders to determine plan and more efficiently resolve issues.
