What did we do well?
- Team was agile in addressing the needs in time by working together.
- Ability to quickly change direction and make changes to support remote API.
- Working together with peer development allowed us to quickly resolve issues.
- Planning to coordinate steps went well.
What should we have done better?
- Management of branches and GIT assets needed to have processes followed.
- Suggested to use pull requests to indicate code review/merge.
