  • Our issue backlog will be updated to use "Release Priority" instead of the current labels P1, P2...
  • Tracy suggested to also add a value for "effort" for an issue.  We may be able to use story points for this.

LexEVS Java 1.8 & MySQL 5.6 Environment

  • Status update: Jason

  • MySQL 5.6 is installed.  Justin will be loading data on it. 
  • Java 1.8 environment - Jason said we are still waiting for it to be provisioned (by next week).

Decision Points:

Road map to 6.4.2 release

Discussion Points:

  • Many of the remaining backlog issues are not loader or UI fixes.  They will need to be put into the next major release.
  • Gilberto mentioned that Java 7 is still valid through the end of the year.
  • We will need to have 6.4.1 and 6.4.2 running in parallel while users upgrade.
  • Kim agreed that the tree extension issues can wait until after the 6.4.2 release.

Decision Points:

  • We should go forward with Java8, CentOs 7 and MySQL 5.6
  • Data Services will be removed in 6.4.2.

6.4.1.3 Snapshot build update

  • LexEVS 6.4.1.3 Release Notes
  • Tracy found an issue with the value set resolution script when loading the Thesaurus with OWL2.
  • Tracy will try loading the Thesaurus with OWL1 and then try the value set resolution again.
  • Scott will also, test loading the Thesaurus with OWL2.

  • Our CTS2 services had issues when starting up.
  • We have WSDLs from OMG.
  • There was an issue where OMG switched ISPs. 
  • It appeared that there were caching issues, but they cleared up by themselves and everything is running fine again.
