LEXEVS UPDATES

LexEVS Sprint Status

Current Sprint - Sprint 183 (March 24, 2021 – April 3, 2022)

16X237 Agile Development - Sprint Status#16X237AgileDevelopmentSprintStatus-Sprint183
  • Activities
    • CTS2 Mapping/URI Resolver
    • Meta Tree investigation
    • Sumo Logic statistic dashboard queries
    • Sumo Logic metrics configuration
    • Loader for Domain Resolver
    • Local LexEVS loaders updated for log4j - installed on dev and DataQA.  Procedure submitted to Connie

CBIIT's enterprise github

Discussion Points:

  • Migration discussion

Discussions started last year.  Migrating entire NCIEVS environment.  Adds extra security to where the code is stored on the server. Access should be unchanged.

EVS is part of CBIIT so team will not need to make any payments, but CBIIT will need to pay for licenses for contributors. Some users will be eliminated. Onboarding will go through GF.  Can also put in tickets through ServiceNow.

Decision Points:

  • Questions or issues can be directed to Larry Brem.  Contact GF and LB if dates need to be excluded, though downtime is not expected to be long if any at all.
  • Mark Benson to contact LB to discover any tasks that need to be performed by EVS developers and implications for usability

BOD 22-01 HHS Vulnerability Disclosure Link

Discussion Points:

  • We need to add the new footer to (Mayo-side)
    • Report Exporter, and EVS Compare
    • LexEVSCTS2 Docs ?
  • as well as (MSC-side)
    • Term Browser, Metathesaurus Browser, Term suggestion App (Term Form), and EVS Explore

Decision Points:

Req sent out by Craig Haines - HHS requirement.  A link at the bottom needs to go to vulnerability disclosure information.  Due date May 1.

Lyubov needs full list of links and names by end of day.

LexEVS API 65 URL’s

Discussion Points:

  • why do we still need to maintain the 65 extension moving forward.
    • For the lexevsapi, the 65 URLs are the only ones we have - they are not duplicates
    • All of the other 65 labeled APIs can be removed.

Decision Points:

Meta Tree investigation

Discussion Points:

  • Lori to set up meeting to discuss?
    • This originates as a data issue with a graph cycle in the database.
    • Discussion needs to occur around remediation.

Decision Points:

  • Scott and Tracy to pull together clear example and send to Lori

CTS2 Mapping/URI Resolver

Discussion Points:

  • Work is ongoing when time is available.  Lower priority project?
    • Minor issue that Snomed mapping in CTS2 is not displaying correctly.
    • To be tested on Dev
