If the following criteria are met, you can delete a collection at the asset level or higher:

  • You have permission to delete it in one of the following ways:
    • Via ownership: You created it. 
    • Via group permissions (as described in Managing Edit Permissions) and delete permission. (To request permission to delete data, select About > Contact. For details, refer to Contacting Us.)
  • The collection is empty. 

To delete a collection:

  1. Log in, as described in Logging In
  2. Click Upload in the header. The Upload page appears.
  3. Navigate to and select the collection that you want to delete. Click the X icon. (For example, to delete an asset, select a program from the program list, select a study from the study list, select the asset from the asset list, and then click the adjacent X icon.) A message appears prompting you to confirm the deletion.
  4. Click Yes
