Any user can access publicly available data via search, on a desktop or mobile device.
If you log in on a desktop device, you can also access data you have uploaded and data associated with an access group to which you belong.

If you are unable to find an asset, consider the following points:
- New assets appear in search results one hour after they were created.
- Keyword searches find assets based on metadata at the asset level or higher.
- The user who uploaded the data might not have made it public yet, or you might not be a member of the group or groups that have access to it. For more information about access groups, refer to Sharing Collections with Groups.
- The data might have been deleted.
