Question: Can I load data from caTissue into caIntegrator?

Topic: caIntegrator Usage

Release: caIntegrator 1.2 and above

Date entered: 08/23/2011

Answer

At the present time, there is no direct integration between caTissue and caIntegrator. The current recommended method for transferring data from caTissue to caIntegrator is to first export the data from caTissue in the form of a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file, then to import this CSV into caIntegrator as clinical annotation data.

For an in-depth, step-by-step tutorial on how to import CSVs containing clinical annotation data into caIntegrator, see the KB article "caInt 0012 (Multi Page) - How To Add Data to an Existing Study" at https://wiki.nci.nih.gov/x/94X_Ag.
