The "External Links" section expands as shown below. Enter a name and a description. Click the "Browse" button to select the files with the external links, then click the "Upload Now" button.
Description of "External Links" Form
In the "External Links" form, enter a Name and a Description. Click the "Browse" button to select the files with the external links from the Open File dialog, then click the "Upload Now" button below.
