Samples – Characterization – Findings:
When all columns in a Finding section are set to a Condition type, clicking Save no longer deletes the entire data table.

Fixed lists for the following:

Samples – Composition – Nanomaterial Entity:

    • Nanomaterial Entity Type list includes carbon nanotube and biopolymer.
    • In the Composing Element panel, Inherent Function includes imaging function.

Samples – Composition – Functionalizing Entity:

    • Functionalizing Entity Type list includes small molecule, biopolymer, imaging function, and targeting function.

Samples – Characterization

    • For Physico-Chemical, Characterization Name list includes all appropriate terms and other and other_pc.
    • For In Vitro, Characterization Name list includes all appropriate terms and other and other_vt.
    • For In Vivo, Characterization Name list includes all appropriate terms and other and other_vv.
    • For Ex Vivo, Characterization Name list includes other and other_ex_vv.
    • For Other Ex Vivo, Characterization Name list includes other.

You can now submit a Physico-Chemical Characterization and add a new Characterization Name and New Assay Type.

  1. Select Characterization Type, Physico-Chemical.
  2. Select Characterization Name, other.
  3. Enter New Characterization Name and click Add.
  4. Select Assay Type, other.
  5. Enter New Assay Type and click Add.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Characterization is now saved.

You can now save a characterization Finding table when there is one missing element.
