Meeting Minutes
The purpose of the rich picture is to get a big picture overview and to see what requirements are in common among different stakeholders.
Each requirement analyst had selected 5 top priorities, based on their reading of forum topics and interviews that they had conducted. They brought these to the meeting and we sorted them into the stakeholder groups. We also added a few stakeholders to the first draft of the rich picture to make it more complete.
