The caDSR database and tools do not require any personally identifiable information to view content. Account login Login credentials are required for update access to the change caDSR content. The login credentials are used to manage and audit changes in caDSR content. This facilitates user training of users and maintenance of , content audits and data integrity maintenance.

While someone may enter personal information into description fields, it is not required and highly discouraged. It is the users responsibility to police information entered and uploaded into the caDSR. Once entered, data is freely accessible to everyone. When personal information is found in the caDSR it is removed and the author contacted.
