To view and manage restricted pages:
- Select the Restricted Pages link on the Space Administration page to view a list of the pages that showing to whom they are restricted for viewing and editing showing to whom these pages are restricted.
- Select the padlock icon to remove page restrictions if needed.
Modify the permissions for the space
Refer to 4 - Setting permissions in a space for the steps and the rules.

- Select the Templates link on the Space Administration page.
- Select Create New Template.
- Enter the title for the template and the text for the page. Select Save.
- When the list of templates is refreshed, select the link (pencil icon) to edit the description, and enter the description.
- Apply the template to a new page when you select the Create option.
- Use the links in the list of templates to Promote the template to the top of the list of templates in the Create dialog, to Edit the template, or to Delete the template.

- Select the Space Details link on the Space Administration page; this is the default selection when the page opens.
- Note that the Space Key cannot be changed.
- Note that changing the space Name so it varies from the Space Key can cause confusion.
- Note you You can enter a space description that briefly describes the content of the space.
- Note that you You can change the status from Current to Archived. This removes the space from the listing on the dashboard and from Confluence search results.
- Note that you You can set any page in the space to be the space Home Page.

- Select the Theme link to change the theme. Select the theme you want to apply > Select and select Confirm). The Documentation Theme is optimal on the NCI Wiki.
- Select the Change Space Logo link to upload and apply a logo approved by NCI for the team. , or to turn the logo off.
- Select the Colour Scheme link and use the color picker for each element to select colors according to an established NCI color scheme; otherwise use the defaults.
