The following are the steps in uploading an attachment: 

1. Navigate to and open the page to which you want to add an attachment.
2. Click the Attachments tab option on the Tools menu.
3. Browse to the file you want to attach and select it.
4. Click the button to Attach File(s).
5. Click the Edit or View tab. Continue editing or view page title to return to the page..
6. To link to the attachment, in the Rich Text editor, click the link button. Click the Attachments tab in the link dialog. Click the link for the attachment. Note the attachment appears in the Link box. Click OK. Example: Link to the Sample Attachment
