Added a  inVitro_cell_line column to the Characterization table for targeting characterization. Where is this??

If your version of caNanoLab is inactive for 30 minutes, you will receive a warning that you will be logged off in five minutes. If you do not respond to the warning, you will be logged off.

Streamlined the other feature in Characterization by adding the Characterization Name options, other_pc, other_vt, other_vv, and other_ex_vv based on the Characterization Type.  If you select one of the new options, you can select an Assay Type of any existing non-standard assay type or you can select other to create a new Assay Type.

 

  1. Open the characterization, such as physicochemicalPhysico-chemical.
  2. Select the Characterization Source.
  3. Select other from Characterization Name.
    The New Characterization Name window opens
  4. Enter other_pc in the New Characterization Name windows.
  5. From the Assay Type drop down menu, select Assay Type and Assay Type contains Density Morphology and Transmission Electron Microscopy.
