Any user can access publicly available data via search. You can also access data you have uploaded and data associated with an access group to which you belong. New datasets appear in search results one hour after they were created.

If you are unable to find a dataset, consider the following points:

• New datasets appear in search results one hour after they were created.
• The user who uploaded the data might not have made it public yet, or you might not be a member of the group or groups that have access to it. For more information about access groups, refer to Managing Group Access. 
• The data might have been deleted.
