View and restore pages from the Trash
To restore a page:
- On , select the Trash link on the Space Tools page, select Content Tools > Trash. A list of pages in the Trash opens.
- Select the link next to a Page Title to Restore a page if desired.
- Next to the page you want to restore, click the Restore link.
- Click OKSelect OK to restore the page. It is restored in the space root, visible at Browse Content Tools > Reorder Pages > Tree.
Note that in In general, NCI Wiki users do not delete (purge) pages from the Trash. If you do purge a page, hover over Cancel while reading the warning.

To view and manage restricted pages:
- Select On the Restricted Pages link on the Space Tools page to view a , select Permissions > Restricted Pages. A list of the pages appears, showing to whom they are restricted for viewing and editing.who is allowed to view or edit each page.
- To remove page restrictions from a page, in the row for that page, click the padlock iconSelect the padlock icon to remove page restrictions if needed.

Add a space template
To add a space template:
- Select On the Templates link on the Space Tools page, select Content Tools > Templates.
- Select Click Create New Template.
- Enter the title for the template and the text for the page. Select Click Save. When The system refreshes the list of templates is refreshed, select the link (pencil icon) to edit the description, and enter the description.
- Apply the template to a new page when you select the Create option. Use the links in the list of templates to Promote the template to the top of the list of templates in the Create dialog box, to Edit the template, or to Delete the template.

- Next to Categories, click Edit.
- Enter a label and select click Add. Select the 'x' to (To remove an existing label if needed., click the X.)
