1. Log in as described in Logging In.

2. Download the reference document import template. (Start with a fresh template for each import.) 

3. (When opening your copy of the template, select Enable Macros.?)

4. Populate your file with information about the reference documents that you want to import. The following table provides instructions for each column in the reference document import template:

   Column Name	Instructions
   Do Not UseTBD	Leave empty.
   Batch UserTBD	Enter a batch user name in each row. You can provide any text in this column. The system does not validate this column.
   Batch NameTBD	Enter a batch name in each row. The combination of Batch User and Batch Name must be unique.
   Seq IDTBD	Specify a unique sequence ID in each row.
   AI Public ID	TBD
   AI Version	TBD
   AI Long Name	TBD
   AI Type	TBD
   Doc Name	TBD
   Doc Text	TBD
   Doc Type	TBD
   Doc Context	TBD
   Doc Lang	TBD
   Display Order	TBD
   URL	TBD

   As you populate your file, you can use your Delete key to clear the contents of one or more individual cells, but do not delete entire rows or columns. 

5. Save the file as CSV. 
6. Import the file, as described in TBD.
