Working on 6.5.0 and 6.4.1.4 artifacts as well.  Incorporating a value set resolution issue.

OWL2 Release Update

• Final OWL2 source

Discussion Points:  Loading a candidate now.  Expected release is in May.

• Update from Rob - using latest mass VS loader.
• New/Updated Removal scripts

Discussion Points:  Indexes weren't being removed when using lbGui to remove value sets.  Rob will create a JIRA item.  Regarding needs for improved workflow. Can we know what direction value sets are resolved from the NCIt source?
