View and restore pages from the Trash

To restore a page:

  1. On , select the Trash link on the Space Tools page, select Content Tools > Trash. A list of pages in the Trash opens.
  2. Select the link next to a Page Title to Restore a page if desired.
  3. Next to the page you want to restore, click the Restore link.
  4. Click OKSelect OK to restore the page. It is restored in the space root, visible at Browse Content Tools > Reorder Pages > Tree.

Note that in In general, NCI Wiki users do not delete (purge) pages from the Trash. If you do purge a page, hover over Cancel while reading the warning.

Add a space template

To add a space template:

  1. Select On the Templates link on the Space Tools page, select Content ToolsTemplates.
  2. Select Click Create New Template.
  3. Enter the title for the template and the text for the page. Select Click Save. When The system refreshes the list of templates is refreshed, select the link (pencil icon) to edit the description, and enter the description.
  4. Apply the template to a new page when you select the Create option.
  5. Use the links in the list of templates to Promote the template to the top of the list of templates in the Create dialog box, to Edit the template, or to Delete the template.

When you create a new page as described in Adding a Page or a Blog Post, you can select the template you want to use. For more instructions, refer to the following Atlassian Confluence help page:
