Any user can access publicly available data via search, on a desktop or mobile device.

If you log in on a desktop device, you can also access data you have uploaded and data associated with an access group to which you belong.

• New assets appear in search results one hour after they were created.
• Keyword searches find assets based on metadata at the asset level or higher.
• The user who uploaded the data might not have made it public yet, or you might not be a member of the group or groups that have access to it. For more information about access groups, refer to Managing Group AccessSharing Collections with Groups. 

• The data might have been deleted.
