Dear Colleagues:

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) Center for Biomedical Informatics and Information Technology (CBIIT) is planning to retire the caIntegrator data portal on or after January 30thwas retired on March 31st, 2015.  Much  Much of the study data currently hosted in the NCI instance of caIntegrator is also available in other data portals, including the Cancer Genome Atlas TCGA data portal.  Those Those data that are not available elsewhere will be migrated elsewhere have been migrated to the Georgetown Database of Cancer G-DOC Upon retirement, the caIntegrator URL will be redirected to a web page that will direct visitors to the current location of these data, to make the transition as smooth and easy as possible.

I will be sending caIntegrator retirement updates periodically over the coming months. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list, please let me know.

Also, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.  Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible.

. caIntegrator data will remain available for download after caIntegrator data portal retirement via caIntegrator Directory page. While NCI will not be able to provide technical support for the caIntegrator software after the retirement, the source code is available on GitHub and we encourage continued community development.
