Dear Colleagues:

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) Center for Biomedical Informatics and Information Technology (CBIIT) is planning to retire the caIntegrator data portal on or after January 30th, 2015.  Much of the study data currently hosted in the NCI instance of caIntegrator is also available in other data portals, including the Cancer Genome Atlas TCGA data portal.  Those data that are not available elsewhere will be migrated to the Georgetown Database of Cancer G-DOCUpon retirement, the caIntegrator URL will be redirected to a web page that will direct visitors to the current location of these data, to make the transition as smooth and easy as possible.

I will be sending caIntegrator retirement updates periodically over the coming months. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list, please let me know.

Also, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.  Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible.

Best Regards,

Mervi Heiskanen
