File Format is comma delimited with the following fields:

 

  • NSC number - the NCI's internal ID number
  • Concentration Unit - Either M for molar or u for µ g/ml
  • log of the concentration tested
  • panel name for the cell line
  • cell line name
  • panel number of the cell line 
  • cell number of the cell line 
  • GIPCRNT       100 is control growth, 0 is complete inhibition of growth (cytostatic), and -100 is complete cell kill
