• You own the data. That is, you created the collection. 
• The data is not public. For information, refer to Managing Group Access. 
• The collection is less than 90 days old.

To delete a filean empty collection:

1. Log in, as described in Logging In. 
2. Click Upload in the header. The upload page appears.
3. Navigate to and select the collection that you want to delete. Click the deletion option. (For example, to delete a dataset, select a program from the program list, select a study from the study list, select the dataset from the dataset list, and then select Delete Dataset.) A message appears prompting you to confirm the deletion.
4. Click Yes.
