1. Open a supported browser: 

   • Chrome
   • Firefox 

2. Navigate to the following portal:

   http://modac.cancer.gov/ 

   The home page appears. 

3. Click Search in the header. The Search page appears with the first page of all results.

4. Perform one or more of the following options:

   • To search by keyword: In the Search MoDaC field, type a keyword.
    
5. Consider also searching by attribute. For details, refer to Searching for Data by Attribute. 
6. Click
   •  Click the search icon (Image Modified) or press <Enter>.
   • To narrow results: In the Filters panel, select one or more filters. (To clear all filters: click Clear All.) 
   • To narrow the list of filters in a category: Click the magnifying glass icon. In the search box that appears, start typing.

   The system lists

   at the bottom of the page

   all

   results that match the keywords (and attributes, if any)

   matching results. For details, refer to Using Search Results
