Depending on the permissions allowed for each wiki space, you can export multiple wiki pages, such as an entire page family to HTML. Exporting to HTML assumes that you are importing content into another system.

To export one or more pages to HTML, follow these steps.

1. In the upper left, click the second button to the right of the space name.
2. From the Space tools menu, select Content Tools and then the Export tab. The Export Formats page appears. 
3. Select HTML. If
4. On a page you want to export, on the Browse menu, click Advanced.
5. In the left sidebar, click HTML Export. (If you do not have this linkoption, contact Application Support).contact Application Support at NCIAppSupport@nih.gov.
6. Click Next. The Export HTML Options page appears.
7. Select Custom Export. A panel opens listing all pages in the wiki space to which you have access.
8. If Clear the check box for Include comments if you do not want to export comments with the pages, clear the Include comments checkbox. 
9. Click the link to Deselect All the check boxes for the pages in the space.
10. Locate the page or pages you want to export to HTML and click the check box next to each wiki main page for a page family you want to export.
11. At the bottom of the page click Export.
12. Click the link Download here.
13. Select the checkboxes for the pages you want to export. 
    • To clear all checkboxes, click Deselect All.
    • To select all checkboxes, click Select All.
    • To select or clear all checkboxes for an entire page family, click the checkbox for the parent page.
14. Scroll to the bottom of the page and then click Export. The Exporting Space as PDF - In Progress page appears. When the export completes, "Export complete" appears below the progress bar.
15. Click the link to download the file. Save the Select the option to Save file.
16. Find the ZIP file with the export and unzip it.If you are exporting to obtain an HTML version of release notes, save the HTML file with the text of the release notes outside of the folder with the other files exported. This is the plain HTML file that can be included in the ZIP file for a release.
