You can export an entire page familyDepending on the permissions allowed for each wiki space, you can export multiple wiki pages, such as an entire guidepage family, to HTML, XML, or PDF. Exporting to PDF is the most common of these tasks. Exporting to HTML or XML assumes that you are importing the entire space into another system. 

To print or export multiple pages to PDF

1. In the upper left, click the second button to the right of the space name. 
2. From the Space tools menu in the lower-left corner of the window, select Content Tools and then the Export tab. The Export Formats page appears.
3. Select the PDF. If you do not have this option, contact Application Support at NCIAppSupport@nih.gov.
4. Click Next. The Export PDF Options page appears.
5. Click Custom Export.
6. Click Export.
7. Select Deselect All to clear all of the checkboxes for the pages in the space.
8. If you want to include page numbers, select Include Page Numbers. 
9. Select Custom Export. A panel opens listing all pages in the wiki space to which you have access. 
10. Select the checkboxes for the Locate the page or pages you want to export to PDF and select the checkbox next to each wiki parent page for a page family you want to export. 
    • To clear or select all checkboxes, click the All pages checkbox. 
    • To clear or select all of the checkboxes for an entire page family, click the checkbox for the parent page.
11. Scroll to the bottom of the page and then click Export.
    The Exporting Space as PDF - In Progress page appears. When the export completes, "Your PDF file is ready to go" appears below the progress bar. 
12. Click Once the "Finished PDF space export. Download here" message appears, click the link to download the file. Save the file.
