Attracting attention to recent updates in a wiki space

Use the Recently Updated macro to include a list of recently updated content on a wiki page.

• Type {rec
• When the macro browser opens, select Recently Updated.
• Specify parameters as desired.

The results for this wiki space follow. By default 15 items are listed.

You can specify a maximum number of items to list, for example five as shown here.

The parameters are

• Authors - usernames of the authors whose updates are to be listed
• Spaces - names of the wiki spaces for which to list the updates, separated by a comma
• Labels - labels tagging the pages to list, separated by a comma
• Width of Table - percentage of the window for the table listing the updates
• Content Types - by default all types except mail; specify any combination of Page, Blog, Comment
• Maximum Number of Results - by default 15
• theme - by default concise; social to display the user profile picture of the person who made the update; sidebar for a narrow column on the left side of the page
• Show User Profile Pictures - select to display the user profile picture with any theme
• Hide Title - suppress display of the "Recently Updated" heading
