Keeping up with changes on the wiki

View the Recently Updated Pages List

A list of the most recently updated pages is displayed on the dashboard of the wiki.

To view a list of the most recently updated pages in any wiki space:

• Navigate to the space and click Browse.
• Select the Pages link.
• If needed, select the Recently Updated link.

Subscribe to Updates by Email

To subscribe to notifications of changes on a page:

• On the Tools menu, select the Watch link.
• Select the link Stop Watching to end the notifications.

A message is delivered each time there is a change made on the page.

To subscribe to notifications of changes in a wiki space:

• Click Browse.
• Select the Advanced link.
• Click the link to Start watching this Space.
• Click the link to Stop watching this Space to end the notifications.

To subscribe to notifications of changes throughout the wiki:

• Click the Watches link on the menu under your name in the upper right of the screen.
• On the Watches page, click the Email settings link and follow the prompts.
• To stop receiving the email, return to the Email settings page and change your preferences.

If you select Subscribe to daily updates, just after midnight the wiki mails a list of all the pages you have permission to see which have changed during the past 24 hours. The most recent change is listed with a link to see what was changed. To review the other changes to any page, navigate to that page and select the Page History link on the Tools menu.

Subscribe to Updates by RSS

To subscribe to updates by RSS:

• On the Dashboard, click Browse and then select the Feed Builder link.
• Follow the prompts to subscribe to updates from one or more wiki spaces.

OR

• In any wiki space, click Browse and then select the Advanced link.
• Click RSS feeds and complete the dialog to subscribe to updates in the wiki space.

The RSS reader lists the most recently updated pages. Click a page title to open that page.
