To export one page to PDF, select Tools > Export to PDF. If needed, save the file.
To export multiple pages to PDF, follow the instructions for Printing multiple pages.
To export one page to MS Word, on the Tools menu, click Export to Word. Complete the dialog to save the file.
To print multiple pages at one time, you must export a PDF of all the pages. Refer to Printing multiple pages.
