The following are the steps to link to a specific place on a page.

  • Navigate to the place to which you want to link.
  • Immediately after the text to which you want to link, enter an anchor. This text will be at the top of the screen when the link opens.

    • Type {anc and when the macro browser opens, select Anchor.

    • Enter the Anchor Name and select Insert. The Anchor Name is a bookmark to use in a link.
  • Navigate to the place where you want to insert the link.
  • If that place is on the same page, using the Advanced field in the link dialog, enter the link in the form

#anchortext
  • If that place is on another wiki page, enter the link in the following form:
Name Of Page#anchortext

For example, the following link has the destination:

Wiki FAQs, Tips and Guidelines#warningtoavoidduplicationofcontent

The anchor text may be an anchor or a heading. If the page is in another space, precede the page name with

spacekey:
