If you know the password for your CTRP user account, you can change it.
On the Registration Sign In page, click Reset Password. On the Reset Password tab, click the CTRP Password Self Service Station link. The Change Your Password page appears.
- Enter your CTRP username, old password, and new password. Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.
- Enter the new password again to confirm.
- Click Submit. If the new password met all requirements, a confirmation page appears.
